Why is the value on IR8A form incorrect?
There maybe 2 reasons.
1. You have not processed payroll every month for the whole of last year. This might occur if you joined Justlogin in the middle of last year.
- Edit the missing values in the IRAS Opening Balance page. Input the manually calculated pay elements for each employee for the missing months.

2. The tax code for some pay elements have not been tagged accordingly.
