The system calculates proration based on the total number of working days and the total number of days the staff has worked for the payroll month.
Check if the work week has been configured correctly.

sub-tab to see the work week/s saved. Click New for additional work weeks.
Next step is to check if the correct work week has been assigned to the staff.
