My staff’s prorated salary is different from the amount I manually calculated.

The system calculates proration based on the total number of working days and the total number of days the staff has worked for the payroll month.

Check if the work week has been configured correctly.

Step 1: Log in to the account

Step 2: Click on PAYROLL.png .

Step 3: Click on configuration.png .

Step 4: Under payroll_2.png tab, click on the work_calendar.png sub-tab to see the work week/s saved. Click New for additional work weeks.

Next step is to check if the correct work week has been assigned to the staff. 

Step 1: Click on PAYROLL.png .

Step 2: Click on admin.png .

Step 3: Under employee_pay_details.png tab, click on the pencil_icon.png for the staff.

Step 4: On the employee_info_2.png section, click on view_details.png .

Step 5: Under employee_info.png page, look for the Work Week field and make sure that it is assigned accordingly.
