My staff’s prorated salary is different from the amount I manually calculated.

The system calculates proration based on the total number of working days and the total number of days the staff worked.

Check that the correct work week is being configured under ePyaroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll > Work Calendar.

Additionally, check that the correct work week has been assigned to the respective staff under ePayroll > Payroll Admin > Employee Information page.
