How Do I Input OT Hours for My Employees?

For individual employee, go to Payroll admin > Employee pay Details > Employee Pay Information (book_icon.png)

Under the section "Working Hours and OT", you can key in each employees different OT hours in the respective columns, then click the 'save' icon to save the record and create the OT pay elements.

To do this for all employee, please go to Payroll admin > Process OT

You can input OT hours for all employees here

Alternatively, you can download the template and do an import of OT hours for all staff as well
