How do I set pay limits to get an alert?

You can set limits for pay elements and Gross Pay and Net Pay. You will get a warning if the limits are exceeded after a payrun (before approval).

To set limits for pay elements, you may go to Payroll Setup > Pay Elements > click the book icon for the pay element and then put in the maximum amount/percentage in the Amount/Formula Limit row.

To set up gross pay and net pay limits, go to Payroll Setup > Configuration.
