Our staff wants to apply paternity leave but cannot view it in the Leave type drop down. How can I add it?

If the child details of the staff are not updated in the system, the leave type will not be listed in the drop down. Go to Leave Admin > Child Details > Select the staff > Input the join date and the child information. Also indicate whether the staff is eligible for the Pro-family leave in the check box.

Only the administrator can update the Child Details information. The staff can only view the information in My Leave >  Child Details.
