Two options to choose from 1) Send a reset link to their email but make sure correct email address is registered and/or 2) Change the password for the User, continue for the guide below:
Go to eAdmin > Members > Select the staff to whom you want to send the User name/Password to and click on Reset Password.
The staff will receive an email with the User name and the link to reset their password.
The Staff will receive the email containing as sample below:
Another option is directly change password for User's. Go to eAdmin > Members > Select the staff to whom you want to change the password and click on Edit.
Input the password under the row Password and Retype Password and then click Submit.
