Why does the yearly leave entitlement stay the same when a user leave grade has been changed?

This is because the Administrator would need to recalculate the number of leave that is entitled to the users with the new leave grade. The Administrator would need to select the options available in the "Recalculate Entitlements" Box below and click "GO" to proceed to change the number of leave entitled. 

 In order to do this, go to Leave Admin > Set Entitlement page. Under "Recalculate Entitlements", select the suitable option for the recalculating of the entitlements. set_entitlement_page.png
