My staffs are not receiving their Payslips in their email. What do I do?

1. Navigate to ePayroll > Payroll Setup > General > Configuration.

2. Tick the checkbox for ‘Send PDF payslip via email upon approval and after release date’.

3. Click at the bottom of the page to update the system.

Upon approval of payslips, your staff will receive the email containing their payslip in PDF format. Additionally, check with the staff if the email resides in the spam/ junk mail.
