My employee encountered this error ‘JavaScript Fail to load. Please Open browser and try again!’ when he tried to apply his annual brought forward leave. Why is that so?

Kindly check your employee’s yearly entitlement for the year he is applying the leave for under eLeave > Leave Admin > Set Entitlement. You need to input a figure for the yearly entitlement in order for the system to capture the leave information correctly. Input a value under the column ‘Yearly entitlement’ and then click 'update'.

After that is done, the employee should be able to apply the leave without any errors.
