The reminder’s configurations may have been set wrongly.
Kindly go to eStaff > eStaff Setup > Reminder Setup. Click on the edit button for the affected reminder. Check what the reminder’s condition is based on and make the necessary changes. After that is done, the system should send out the reminders correctly based on the conditions set.
