Yes you can. eStaff already has a few preset reminders. However, you are still able to add new reminders to suit your company’s needs. For this, kindly go to eStaff > eStaff Setup > Reminder Setup. Click the ‘Add’ button to add a new reminder. How the reminder would work depends on the ‘Reminder’s Condition’ portion. You are able to set the reminder to be based on many different factors.
You can also refer to the ‘variable’ tab to customize your reminders accordingly.
