eTimeclock Administration

To quickly verify and update employee’s Clock in & Out for previous Day:

Go to eTimeclock> Administration> Attendance Record
Select Query by ‘All Users’ and Select Yesterday’s Date:

Click on Fetch

 

You will be able to see all information regarding the employee’s work schedule for that day. E.g: (Working Hours, Actual Hours, OT)

Key in any missing timings and click on Save. The timings will be updated.

 

To Pull out Reports for Individual Employees:

Go to eTimeclock>Reports>Individual Attendance Report
Click on Search Options. Choose Employee to generate for.

Next, Change the dates and click on Go.
