Admin and Staff able to cancel the claims:
Benefit Admin is able to cancel the claims at eBenefit Admin > Benefit Cancellation
Benefit Approving Officer is able to cancel the claims at Approving Officer > Benefit Cancellation
Staff will not be able to cancel the Benefit claims if the option under Setup is “staff are not allowed”
