Under the Employment Act, all employees must be given a designation title as well as scope of work and other work-related information.
To create the designation, follow the instruction below:
Step 1: Navigate to Payroll > Configuration> General > Designation.
Step 2: Enter the Destination code & description.
Step 3: Click on the "Add" icon on the right to save.
*If you have many Designations which need to be added, you can consider using the import function instead.
Step 1: Navigate to Payroll > Configuration > General > Designation
Step 2: Click on the "import Designation" button, then click on "Download template”
Step 3: Download template and fill in Designation data for import.
Step 4: Upload the template sheet to the upload box as below, click the "Import" button to upload it
After submitting, you will see the mapping page (refer to the screenshot below). Ensure that they are properly mapped.
Step 5 . Click "Next" to finish importing.
