In the event your user has forgotten their payroll pin, they can use the following steps to recover that information. However, in order for this to work, the user must have an individual email.
Step 1: Go to Payroll > My Payslip > Click on “Forgot your PIN?”
Step 2: Click on Reset.
The following message will appear informing the user that an email had been send to the user.
Step 3: The user needs to access their email and they should receive an email from Justlogin. Opening up the email and they should see this
Step 4: Click on
Step 5: The system will prompt the user to login. Once login, the system will display this screen.
Step 6: Enter the pin number twice and then click on the button.
