This guide will be helpful to those who would like to upload the users’ basic details on Express. This can be helpful for DIY accounts as well.
Step 1: Go to user Admin
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: First page that you will see is for Basic Details, download the template at the bottom of the page:
Please note that it is advisable to download the template since it has all the headings that the system will recognize for importing. Input the information as completely as you can. You can find a sample image of the template below:
NOTES on the TEMPLATE:
- The FIRST 5 HIGHLIGHTED columns are mandatory.
- In the last 3 columns, just indicate if the staff is a module user or not by inputting “Yes” or “No”
Step 4: Once you have completed the template, click on the save icon on the CSV file
Step 5: Click on the box that says, "Drop File Here". Search for the CSV file you saved and click on it.
Step 6: Once done, click on
NOTES on the IMPORT PROCESS:
- If an error occurred, you can download the error file and check on what caused the error. There will be “invalid” indicated in the cells that have errors in it. Rectify the errors and repeat steps 4 and 5
- If the import is successful, you will get a notification about it.
