The exchange rate is only applicable for the Overseas Expense Claim Form. It is important that the admin must configure the Exchange Rate first so that all fields on the form are working. You can follow the steps on the related link below if you haven’t done so. This guide will show how one can submit forms with the Exchange rate feature.
The fields within the red boxes are the required fields the employee must key in before submitting the form.
Account code will automatically populate the value once the Type of Expense is chosen.
Local Currency (7th column) will show converted value once the Transacted amount and Transacted Currency are keyed in.
