How can administrator setup cross-company leave approver without creating approver as “Leave User” in another company?


This is to show how the administrator can setup cross-company leave approver without creating this approver as “Leave User” in another company. To do this, both companies have to share their directory in the account.


Step 1: Login to Company A

Step 2: Go to useradmin


Step 3: Click on mceclip1.png

Step 4: Click on mceclip2.png

Step 5: Enter the company ID for company B and click mceclip5.png at bottom right


Step 6: Repeat steps 1 to 5 for company B to share its directory to company A

Step 7: To assign a staff from company A as the leave approver in company B, login to company B

Step 8: Click on mceclip6.png

Step 9: Click on mceclip7.png

Step 10: Click on mceclip8.png

Step 11: Search for the name of the employee and click on the "edit" icon mceclip10.png


Step 12: Click at the human icon mceclip11.png to select and assign the leave approver.

Step 13: A pop-up window will appear with the default view as “My Company”, you can click at the drop-down list to choose another company. Select the approver and click mceclip13.png


Step 14: Once done, click on mceclip14.pngto save your settings.
