The steps given below are to be done on the Administrators. Another guide has been created to show the user what needs to be done on their end.
Steps
Step 1: Login to the account
Step 2: Click the area where you see your name and click on from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Search the name of the staff and put a tick in the beside the name of the user.
Step 4: Scroll down and click on on the lower-left portion of the screen
