How can we remove mobile app access to a user?

If you do not want your staff to be able to clock in/clock out using their personal devices, please follow the steps shown below:

Steps:

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Click on mceclip0.png

Step 3: Go to mceclip1.png

Step 4: Click on mceclip2.png

Step 5: Search for the name of the employee whom you would like to be exempted from the use of the mobile app for clocking in/out and then click on the mceclip3.pngicon under the Actions column

Step 6: Put a tick in the box under the mceclip4.png column

Step 7: Then click on  mceclip5.png (green button) to save the settings.

Once this is configured, the employee will not be able to clock in/out using the mobile app.
