This article will show what a Benefit Approving Officer can do on their accounts.
Step 1: Login to your account
Step 2: Switch to Classic
Step 3: Click on
Step 4: As Approving Officer you will see only these tabs:
Step 5: Click on . There are three sub-tabs that can be seen here. The functions of each are indicated below:
- - is where you can approve and reject benefit requests from users. You will only see applications that are assigned to you.
- - is where you can see all the previous applications that you either approved or rejected.
- - You can cancel any approved or rejected benefit request from here. Once canceled, the benefit request is considered invalid and the user will have to submit another request (if necessary)
