If you encountered the error "Session Timeout" several times, you can do the following steps below to clear the cache before logging in.
Steps:
- For Chrome browser user
Step 1: Remove from your Favorites or Bookmarks tab (Do this step if you have bookmarked JustLogin's page on your computer)
Step 2: Press on CTRL and H on your keyboard. This will bring you to your browser's history page.
Step 3: Click on Clear browsing data:
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear. Go to the advanced tab. Put a tick on the options as shown in the image below and click on Clear Data.
Step 5: Wait for the system to complete the process. Close your browser and relaunch.
- For Internet Explorer (IE) user
Step 1: Click Tools on your IE browser
Step 2: On the General Tab, Browsing History section, click on Delete
Step 3: It will open the Delete Browsing History window. Ensure that the "Preserve Favorites website data" is unticked. Put a tick on the rest of the boxes and click on Delete
Step 4: Once you click on delete, you will see the image below. Please let your system complete the process.
Step 5: Once done, please close your browser and relaunch.
- For Mozilla Firefox user
Step 1: Click on the menu icon
Step 2: Select
Step 3: Go to
Step 4: Scroll down and Cookies and Site Data section. Click on Clear Data
Step 5: From the pop-up window, untick Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear
Step 6: Once step 5 is done, scroll down to History and click on Clear History
Step 7: Select "Everything" in the time range section. Select all options then click on Clear Now
Step 8: This window will close once the process has been completed. Close your browser and relaunch.
