Setting Reference Photo and Adding Photo Collections for AVA

Introduction

Before, setting up profile photos for the Attendance Verification Alert (AVA) feature was done via UserAdmin Page>Set up Profile Pictures tab. This limits the set up to the super-user of the account. Now, setting up photos for AVA can now be done via Attendance Configuration OR SafeClock  Configuration. This article will show the steps for each.

NOTE: For more information on how this feature works, please refer to this link: https://support.justlogin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028456692-Face-Recognition-Enabling-Attendance-Verification-Alert.

If you want this to be enabled for your account, please contact support@justlogin.com.
