Introduction
As the approver of claims, you have the ability to delegate the approving process to another Approving Officer during your absence.
Note: You can only delegate to another Approving Officer who has same rights as you – this means if you are an approver of multiple forms the delegated Approving Officer should also be same.
Steps
Step 1: Please login to your account
Step 2: If you are on the Express interface, please switch to the Classic interface by click on your name in the upper right area and click on
Step 3: Click on
Step 4: Go to
Step 5: Click on
Step 6: Select the duration of the delegation (The period that you will be unable to approve the claims of the staff assigned under you)
Step 7: Click the dropdown list for each Claim Form that you need to delegate the approval to.
Step 8: Once done, please click on to save
