JustLogin now offers FAST (Fast and Secure Transfers) which is an electronic funds transfer service that enables customers of the participating banks to transfer Singapore Dollar funds from one bank to another in Singapore almost instantly. This can be enabled on your account with minimal back-end setup needed. *If you want this enabled, kindly contact the support team.
To use FAST Transfer, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your account
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Go to
Step 4: Click on “Fast Transfers” tab at the top
Step 5: You will be brought to the page that will show the approved payrun for the chosen month and pay period
Step 6: Choose the name/s of the staff you would like to do a FAST transfer for by putting a tick beside the name/s.
NOTE: If you ticked a name whose bank details are incomplete, you will get this error message:
*Kindly update the bank details of the staff in this case and start from Step 3 again
Step 7: The total amount to be transferred will be shown on the right panel “Transfer Details”. Kindly double check the details and click on “Send for Approval” button
Step 8: The approving officer will then be notified via email of FAST Transfer needing approval. The email will contain a link to login to the account using SingPass. The approval page looks like below:
If the approver rejects the transaction, a pop-up window will come up and the approver will need to input a reason for the rejection:
- Setting up the approver is done in the backend
- Approver needs to login using SingPass
The payment history tab will show the details of each transfer, if it’s pending, failed, rejected, or approved.
You can click on the under the Action column to view the detail.
