Adjust the Review Workflow Sequence in Appraisal Module

The appraisal workflow is the sequence of stages that an appraisal review follows. It typically involves several stages, such as self-evaluation, peer reviews, and manager reviews.

When setting up a review cycle, you have the flexibility to rearrange these stages according to your preferences. This allows you to determine the order in which each review stage will be completed. To understand how to create a review cycle, refer to this article here

While you are adding the review cycle, on the second Form step:

In the Forms section, you’ll find a settings icon on the right-hand side. Click on this icon to proceed.

A pop-up window for the review sequence flow will appear.

Here, you can drag and drop the different appraisal types to set the desired order of reviews.

For example, if you want the self-evaluation to be done first, simply drag the "Self" option into Sequence 1. To place the "Upward" review as the next stage, drag it into Sequence 2.

You can also assign multiple appraisal types to the same sequence. For instance, both the "manager" and "upward" reviews can occur simultaneously after the employee has completed their self-evaluation.

Once the sequence is set, click on to apply the changes. You can then proceed to the next step in creating a review cycle. For further guidance, you can refer back to this article here
