Benefit Reports

We offer two types of Benefit Reports to help you manage and analyze your employee benefits data effectively: Benefit Summary Report and Benefit Status Report.

  1. Benefit Summary Report

    The Benefit Summary Report provides a comprehensive overview of your company's benefits usage over the entire year of selection. It allows you to view data for a specific benefit category/Type. You can also filter the report to show information for selected employees or all employees. This report is useful if you need a broad overview of benefit usage over an extended period, such as for annual reviews or strategic planning.
  2. Benefit Status Report

    The Benefit Status Report offers a detailed and flexible way to track the status of benefit claims. With this report, you can filter by Claim Dates or Submission Dates to search for benefit claims within a specific period. You can also filter the data by approval status to show only approved, pending, or rejected claims. This report is particularly useful for administrators who need to monitor the status of claims closely, track processing times, and ensure timely approvals or rejections. Administrators can dive into specific details about individual claims to resolve inquiries, audit processes, or track claim statuses.
