Module: Visitor Management Module
- The Visitor Management Module is a feature available in the JustLogin, accessible to companies that have subscribed to it. It is designed to manage and control visitor access within an organisation.
Access Levels
There are two subscription tiers with different levels of access:
- If the user is being subscribed as a Visitor Management User, will be able to access the Visitor -> Inviters Screen.
- If the user is being subscribed as a Visitor Management Admin, will be able to access the Visitor -> Dashboard, Inviters, and Configuration Screens.

Part 2: How to differentiate the Visitor Management module access level
- Part 2.1 Visitor Management User (user access only)
Access: Visitor Management User will be able to access “Inviters” Sub menu under Visitors Menu
Step 1: How to Send Invite (as below)
- Update the information of the Visitor (Name, Email, Contact No)
- Update the purpose of the visit
- Host (based on the name of the users registered under JustLogin's account)
- Location (Location of the visit and must configure under Visitor >> Configuration page)
- Arrival Date, Time and Remarks
Step 2: Proceed send out the invite
- Invite and Add Another (send with and without email and move to another invite - continue to send out next new invite)
- Invite (send with and without email and back to Invite page)
[Invitee/Visitor] Sample email received - the person being invited for the session
[Invitee/Visitor] When the invitee reaches the location, they can click 'Check in' and fill up the Visitor Registration Form
[The Inviter - who trigger the invite] Can 'Check in' on behalf of the visitor (as below)
[The Inviter - who trigger the invite] Can view the 'Arrival Time' at the Invites page
- Can manage the Date Filter to show the data
- Can click at the 'FullName' to view the full details - Visitors Details, Invite Information and Arrival check in information (as below)
[The Inviter] Can update the data/information of the invitee
- Edit some of the fields and save the changes
- As well - Reinvite the visitor [with and without sending the email invitation]

Part 2: How to differentiate the Visitor Management module access level
- Part 2.2 Visitor Management Administrator
Access: Visitor Management Administrator will be able to access Configuration page and perform the action below (additional access, on top of Part 2.1)
- Edit and Customise fields in Visitor Registration Form
- Field - Name of Field to be reflected under Visitor Management Form
- Field Type - Text and Dropdown indicated under each specific fields
- Mandatory - Optional or Must Fill In under each of the fields
- Action - Fields to be included under Visitor Management Form (to reflect or remove from the Visitor Management Form)
- Customise Visitor Poster
- Option to Add Visitor QR code for each Location (update the Location Name and Location Address)
- Preview Visitor Poster - Click on Preview Visitor Poster
- Update the Title, any Description and Company Logo >> Next, click 'Update' to save the changes
- Download the Customise Poster - Print it and place at the area for QR scanning (to be scan by the visitor)

Part 2: How to differentiate the Visitor Management module access level
- Part 2.3 Visitor Management Receptionist (can access to Invite and Dashboard pages *without the Configuration page)
*** Administrator can access to Invite, Configuration and Dashboard pages (all)
Access: Visitor Management Administrator and Receptionist will be able to access the Dashboard page
- 'Total Visitors Today' update
- Total 'Invited Visitors today' update
- Visitor Summary - sharing Visitors details and 'Arrival Time' after visitor's check-in
- Option to filter the date to show the Visitor Summary within the selected period
- Option to 'Add Visitor' manually - available under Visitor Management Administrator and Receptionist
