If you've attempted to use the AI resume parsing tool but encountered failure, several factors could be at play:
- The resume might have been image-based, posing a challenge for the AI parsing tool to extract text.
- Resumes lacking vital information like a clear name, email address, or contact number may also fail to upload,
- Poorly formatted resumes or file format errors.
If your uploaded resume has failed, you can manually make the necessary adjustments:
Step 1. Navigate to

Step 3. Select the "Failed Resumes" button.
Here, you'll find a compilation of resumes that our AI system had difficulty parsing. You have the flexibility to view or download these resumes at your convenience.
Step 4. To view a resume, click on the file icon under the "Actions" column.
Step 5. To download, select the checkbox next to the resume you wish to download.

How to Correct the Error for Failed Resumes?
Step 7. To edit the errors directly within the system, click on the pencil icon under the "Actions" column.
Step 8. Make the necessary changes, such as updating missing name, email address, or phone number.
Step 9. After editing each field, click on the button, to save your changes.
Once the errors are rectified, the candidate's resume will transition to the active stage along with the rest of the candidates.
*Note: Resumes that have been manually edited will not be included in AI scoring or comparison features.
