To alleviate this pain point, we have a special AI-based feature that allows you to compare resumes effortlessly, ensuring an apples-to-apples comparison.
*Note: To utilize this feature, please ensure that "resume parsing via AI" and "Enable scoring resumes via AI" are enabled for the job opening, under AI Configurations. Refer to the steps in this article here.
To use this AI feature, kindly follow the steps below:
Step 1. Navigate to
Step 2. Click on
Step 3. Select the checkbox next to the candidate names you would like to do a comparison for:
Step 4. Click on the Purple button . This will initiate the AI comparison for your selected candidates.
This action will generate a table displaying your selected candidates, showcasing their years of experience, skills, qualifications, education, past experiences, and a summary in separate columns. This format enables you to easily compare the applicants and make informed decisions.
