This guide will show you how to leverage our AI-powered tool to generate emails, eliminating the need to craft your own content. Our AI-powered letter Template feature is designed to help you effortlessly create personalized emails, such as Welcome emails, Promotion emails, and Confirmation emails, which can be sent directly to your employees.
To utilise the AI feature, follow these steps:
Step 1. Navigate to
Step 2. Click on
Step 3. Click on to switch to List View.
Step 4. Search for the employee
Step 5. Select the the employee by ticking the box next to their name, and clicking on the button
Step 6. A pop-up window will appear with a form, and you have two options:
A) Enter your own prompt or
B) Use any of our sample prompt templates
Step 7. Click the button, which will take you to a page where AI will generate your letter.
Step 8. Once the letter is generated, you’ll see the page below that resembles an email format where you can update the Email Subject, Body, and use Email Placeholders.
Step 9. At the bottom of the page, you can also:
- Re-generate the letter, if needed
- Preview the letter before sending
- Choose to send the letter now or schedule it for later
Step 10. Once the letter is sent, the employee will receive it via email.
Step 11. To access the letter in the system, you can either:
- Click the Inbox Tray
