This feature will allow the People administrator to receive an email every time there are changes made on the People information saved. To enable this, you can reach out to our support team to have this available on your account.
Once set up, kindly follow the steps.
Step 1: Go to People Module
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Click on a name from the list of staff
Step 4: You will find the toggle button at the bottom of the page. As an example, on the Employee Info page, enable the "Notify me for any changes in this page" button. This feature can also be enabled in the Employment, Training, Files, and Notes page. If you enable this feature on one user, it will be applied to all users (company level)
You will receive an email alert for every data you as the admin/superuser or the user have changed.
