Kiosk App : Enable Multiple Organization

The Kiosk App has the ability to allow you to use a single kiosk but allowing different staff from different organizations to Clock In and Clock Out.


This article will show you how to do this:

Step 1: Launch the Kiosk app mceclip0.png

Step 2: Enter your JustClock administrator login credential


Step 3: Click on the mceclip2.png

Step 4: Click on the mceclip3.png button at the upper right-hand corner

Step 5: You should see mceclip4.png Click on this option.

If you don't see this option, you are using the older version of the Kiosk. You will need to uninstall the old version and install the latest version of the Kiosk. 

The versions that have this feature incorporated are Android version 1.0.1 (21) and iOS version 1.0.6 (59).


Step 6: Click on the mceclip5.pngsign at the top-right to add a new organization. The system will prompt you for the login credential of the other company you wish to add. You must have the credential information of the other company/companies you wish to add.


Step 7: Once the company had been successfully added, you should see the PIN screen.

Step 1: User needs to select the organization that he/she is clocking into or clocking out from.



Step 2: Enter his/her assigned PIN number

Step 3: Click on the mceclip9.png 


Remove Organization from the listing

Assuming that the multi-organization clocking in is no longer needed, one can easily remove the organization from the listing easily. The steps are as following:

Step 1: Select the Organization first that you wish to remove from 


Step 2: Click on the mceclip3.png button

Step 3: Click on mceclip10.png

Step 4: The system will prompt you for the administrator user id and password


Step 4: Click on the mceclip0.png button

Once this is done, you will need to login back into your own organization and you will see the organization removed.
