In the Appraisal Module, we offer three types of reports: the Rating Report, the Individual Report, and the Radar Report.
Each report comes with various filter options, allowing you to narrow down your view by cycle, entity, department, or employee.
To access the reports, follow these steps:

Step 3. Here, you will be able to see the 3 different reports available. Click on the Report Type you would like to generate and use.
1. Rating Report:
This report provides a summary of performance ratings, showing the scores given. There are filter options for you to choose from such as seeing the reviews from a specific cycle/entity/department and even for selected employees. You can also download this report in Excel or PDF format.
Example use-case scenario:
If a Team Lead / Manager wants to get an overview of how his team performed during an appraisal cycle, they can generate this report to provide a summary of scores and identify any patterns or trends lacking in certain areas.
2. Individual Performance Report:
This report offers a detailed breakdown of all ratings given during the cycle, including the relationship breakdown (Self, Manager/Upward, and Peers review), and any comments provided.
There are filter options for you to choose from such as seeing the reviews from a specific cycle/entity/department and even for selected employees. You can also download this report in Excel or PDF format.
Example use case scenario:
If a Manager needs to prepare for a one-on-one performance review meeting with an employee, they can generate this report. It provides a comprehensive view of ratings from different perspectives (Self, Manager and Peers) and includes comments, helping to understand the feedback and performance nuances for that specific employee.
3. Radar Report:
This report allows you to compare the performance of multiple selected employees. The system will generate a radar chart showing where each employee is rated based on your review cycle questions. This chart will be available to use once you have completed a review cycle and released the results.
There are filter options for you to choose from such as seeing the reviews from a specific cycle/entity/department and even for selected employees. You can also download this as a ZIP file containing PNG images of the radar chart for each selected employee by clicking on button on the bottom of the page.
