JustLogin's Benefits module includes two reports that help you manage and analyse your employees' benefit data: the Benefit Summary Report and the Benefit Status Report. This article explains what each report shows, when to use it, and how to run it effectively.
Navigating to Benefit Reports
Both reports are found in the same location:
- Log in to JustLogin and go to Benefits.
- Select Reports from the menu.
- Choose either Benefit Summary or Benefit Status.
Both reports can be exported to a CSV file by clicking the Download button directly on the report page.
Choosing the Right Report
Use the table below to quickly decide which report fits your needs:
| Report | Best used when you want to… | Key detail level |
|---|---|---|
| Benefit Summary | See overall benefit balances and usage for the year across employees and categories | Per employee, per category |
| Benefit Status | Track the approval status of individual benefit claims and monitor processing timelines | Per individual claim |
Benefit Summary Report
The Benefit Summary Report gives you a high-level, year-wide overview of how your company's benefits are being used. For each employee and benefit category, it shows the following columns:
- Entitlement — the total benefit amount the employee is entitled to
- Opening Balance — the balance at the start of the period
- Adjustment — any manual adjustments made during the year
- Claimed — the total amount claimed so far
- Available Balance — the remaining amount the employee can still claim
- Pending — claims submitted but not yet approved
When to Use the Benefit Summary Report

- Checking at a glance whether employees have used, under-used, or exceeded their entitlements

For each claim, the report shows:
