If the staff needs to edit their submitted or approved timesheet, this article will show how and what needs to be done in order to be able to do so.
NOTE: In order for staff to edit their submitted timesheet, the approving officer and/or processing officer will have to reject the submitted timesheet first. Once rejected, the staff will be able to edit.
Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Under the tab, click on sub-tab
Step 4: Look for the submitted timesheet and click on the icon. The status should be "To be entered"
Step 5: Update the necessary clock details and click on when done
