How Can Staff Edit the Submitted Timesheet

Introduction

If the staff needs to edit their submitted or approved timesheet, this article will show how and what needs to be done in order to be able to do so.

Steps

NOTE: In order for staff to edit their submitted timesheet, the approving officer and/or processing officer will have to reject the submitted timesheet first. Once rejected, the staff will be able to edit.

Step 1: Go to mceclip0.png

Step 2: Click on mceclip1.png

Step 3: Under the  mceclip2.pngtab, click on mceclip3.pngsub-tab

Step 4: Look for the submitted timesheet and click on the mceclip5.png icon. The status should be "To be entered"

Step 5: Update the necessary clock details and click on mceclip6.png when done
