Introduction

You can now login into your JustLogin using SingPass Face Verification. Just follow the steps below. Please note that there are several parts in this article that needs to be followed.

Activating the Face Verification Feature in JustLogin

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Go to the “My Setting” page:

Step 3: Look for the SingPass Panel and check your NRIC

NOTE: If NRIC on this page is wrong, please contact your HR/Admin to update

Step 4: Put a tick into the “I agree…” tickbox and click on ACTIVATE.

Step 5: Log out

Access the Special Login Page

Step 1: Go to the Log in page of JustLogin and click on SingPass Face Verification

Step 2: Input your company ID and Username into the appropriate fields

Step 3: Click on

Preparing Yourself to Capture Image

Step 1: Read through the tips indicated on the page.

NOTE: If you do not want the tips to be shown again, click on “Do Not Show This Again” to hide them in the future.

Grant Access to Your Camera

Step 1: Your browser would request for permission to access your camera. Please grant the access

NOTE: If browser camera access is denied, you need to manually allow camera access again from the browser setting for JustLogin site.

Get Your Face Scanned

Step 1: The scanning process will begin once you see this screen

Step 2: Once the Face scanning is successful, you will be logged into your account.
