How to check my Payslip?

My Payslip is the page where the staff can obtain their pay-related information such as payslip, tax document, and salary progression.

Download Payslip

Step 1: Log in to the account

Step 2: Click on PAYROLL.png

Step 3: Click on my_payslip.png. The following screen will appear

Step 4: To access the individual month payslip, the staff can click on the month concerned.

The staff will see the following page:

Step 5: To download the payslip for that month, click on the down.png button and the system will download the file

 

My Tax Documents

Staff can download their own tax document (IR8A) in My Payslip. Please note that the tax documents will only be accessible if the IR8A forms were generated and released to the staff. To do that the staff need to

Step 1: Staff log in to JustLogin

Step 2: Click on PAYROLL.png

Step 3: Click on my_payslip.png

Step 4: Click on Picture4.png tab

Step 5: Click on Picture5.png. The system will download the IR8A.

Step 6: Open the file to see the tax document.

 

My Payroll Yearly Report

The staff can on their own generate a report of their yearly earning through the My Payroll Yearly Report. To do that, the staff simply need to:

Step 3: Click on my_payslip.png

Step 4: Click on Picture6.pngtab

Step 5: Select the year accordingly at Picture7.png

Step 6: Click on the Picture8.png button. The following page would appear

Step 7: Click on the Picture11.png button to print the report to a PDF file or click on the Picture12.png to export the file to another format such as CSV or Excel.

 

My Salary Progression

Staff may see their own salary progression (if made visible to them by the payroll administrator) by doing the following steps:

Step 2: Click on PAYROLL.png

Step 3: Click on my_payslip.png
