How to Reset 2FA for a staff who changed his/her device?

The steps given to reset 2FA for users are to be done on the super administrator's end. Another guide has been created to show the user what needs to be done on their end.

Steps

Step 1: Login to the account

Step 2: Click the area where you see your name and click on mceclip0.png from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Search the name of the staff and put a tick in the mceclip1.png beside the name of the user.

Step 4: Scroll down and click on mceclip2.png on the lower-left portion of the screen
