Appraisal - Comparison View Feature

The Comparison View feature in the Appraisal module allows users to compare performance reviews side-by-side. This enables a clearer analysis of multiple appraisals, helping managers and reviewers easily assess differences in ratings, feedback, and overall performance across team members or review periods.

Follow these steps to understand the function of the Comparison View feature:

Step 1: Login to your Justlogin account

Step 2: Navigate to    mceclip1.png,

Step 3: Click on

This will redirect you to the Review Cycle List page, where you can view all active reviews.

Step 4: Click on Name of cycleto review the response.

You will be redirected to a page displaying the review progress, where you can check employees' responses and verify if they have completed their reviews.

Step 6: Click on to view the review responses of the selected participant and their manager.

The questions will be displayed by category, and the page will include the following sections:

  1. Name of Review Cycle – The title of the current review cycle.
  2. Employee Review – Displays the employee's responses.
  3. Comparison Pane – When Compare Mode is enabled, it will display the selected reviewer's responses.
  4. Rating Scores – Displays the overall score based on the ratings provided in the responses.
  5. Compare Mode – Allows side-by-side comparison of the employee and manager's responses.
  6. Reviewer - Select which review you would like to view: Self, Manager, or Peers.
  7. Completed Appraisal Results – Provides a consolidated view of all responses for easier comparison.

Step 7: Toggle the Compare Mode option to enable and select which reviewer you would like to compare against.

If 'Manager' is selected, the left pane will display the manager's review alongside the employee's self-review for direct comparison.

If 'Peers' are selected and multiple peers have reviewed the employee, you can choose which peer's review to view. The left pane next to the employee's review will display the selected peer's ratings side-by-side for comparison.

If the Compare Mode toggle is disabled only the selected reviewer's appraisal will be visible.

Example 1: if compare mode if disabled, and reviewer option "Self" is selected, only the employee's self review will be displayed.

Example 2: If Compare Mode is disabled and the reviewer option 'Peer' is selected, only the selected peer's review will be displayed.
