Justlogin AI Chatbot is designed to help employees and HR admins quickly access and manage HR-related information through a chat interface. The chatbot can answer HR-related queries such as leave balance, payroll details, attendance records, and employee information.

Read on to learn how to use the AI chatbot in JustLogin:
*Things to Note
- Some queries may require selecting the correct module (e.g. Payroll, Leave, Attendance) for accurate results
- Complex or highly detailed queries such as advance charts or historical data analysis, might not be fully supported
- The chatbot does not handle negative or sensitive queries
Step 1: Once the AI chatbot is enabled in your account, you should find this AI chatbot icon at the top right. Click on this icon to start using the AI chatbot.
The AI chatbot form should appear, and below are the parts chatbot form:
1 – Module Dropdown option: where you select the module accordingly
2 – Chatbox: where you type in your questions
2a – Sample Queries: Choose from a list of suggested questions to get started.
3 – Send button: Click to send your question to the AI chatbot
4 – Trash Icon: Use to clear current screen
5 – Tap on view for ideas on what to ask the Chatbot!
6 – Settings: Adjust your AI preferences here.
7 - ☰ Menu: More options icon thats allows you to either:
a) start a new chat, or
b) see your AI chat history
8 – AI chatbot: Where AI prompts the questions and answers
Step 2: The next step is to select the module
By default, ‘Master’ is selected, selecting this option will ask the system to retrieve the information from the core modules - People, Leave, Payroll, or Attendance (except Recruitment module).
You should also find the different modules in the dropdown
Note: If we want to ask questions about individual modules like People, Leave, Payroll, or Attendance, the results are more accurate when the respective module is selected from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Next is to ask the AI chatbot for any HR-related questions
[Master] Option - This option will ask the system to retrieve the information from different modules - People, Leave, Payroll, or Attendance (except Recruitment module).
Example: “List of new hires for the month of March”
[People Module] Option
You may try asking the AI chatbot for information within the People module, such as:
Personal Info:

- Basic Information, Current Address, Home Address, Contact Information, Other Details,
- Emergency Contact, Dependent, Social Links, Education Details, Certification Information
- Language Information, Skill Information
Employment:

- Designation History, Employment History, Other Information
Example: “What is the Current Address of [Employee Name]”
[Leave module] Option
- For leave module, the AI Chatbor currently supports queries related to: Leave Taken, Balance, and Adjustment questions
Example: “What is the Sick Leave Balance of [Employee Name]”
[Payroll module] Option
- You can ask the chatbot about the following payroll-related topics: My Payslip, Payrun Summary, Payrun Individual Details, Salary Progression, Payroll Configuration
Example 1: “How much is my net pay in March 2025”
Example 2: “Employees Net Pay on March 2025, breakdown and total”
[Attendance module] Option
- The AI Chatbot can assist with Attendance queries related to: Roster, Clocking Data, OT, and Late information
Example: “Next week work schedule of [Employee Name]”
[Recruitment module] Option
You can ask the chatbot about the following recruitment-related details:
- Job Opening:
- Job Title, Job Description, Location, Min Salary,
- Max Salary, Industry, Skillset, JobType, Education
- Candidate:
- Profile (Full Names, Phone, Email), Job Titles, Employer, Degree, Major,
- Institution, Min Experience, Max Experience, AI Score
