I am unable to export/print reports. What could be the issue?

Your internet browser may be blocking pop-ups from JustLogin. Customize your internet browser settings to avoid such issues.

For Chrome:

Step 1. Right after clicking the print/export button,

Step 2. In the address bar, check the top right-hand corner of the screen (For chrome), click the icon Step 3 Select the option 'Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://justlogin.com'. 

Step 4. Click Done

Step 5. Once this is done, try to export/print the report once more.

 

OR you can change the settings manually: 

Step 1. On your device, open Chrome.
Step 2. At the top right, click more  Settings.
Step 3. Click Privacy and Security  Site Settings Pop-ups and redirects.
Step 4. Choose the option that you want as your default setting.

Step 5. Close the whole browser, log in once more and then try to export/print the reports again.

 

For Microsoft Edge: 

Step 1. Click the Settings and More ••• button on the top-right corner of the browser.
Step 2. Click Settings
Step 3. Click Cookies and Site Permissions
Step 4. Select Pop-ups and redirects and switch to toggle it between Off and On.

Step 5. Close the whole browser, log in once more and then try to export/print the reports again.
