Overview

The Currencies settings let you configure which foreign currencies employees can claim in, and how exchange rates are managed.

Base Currency

The base currency is the currency in which reports are summarised and reimbursed. The base currency is set during account setup. To check or update the base currency, contact JustLogin support.

Configuring Exchange Rate Options

  1. Go to Expense > Configuration > Currencies
  2. Under Options, tick Use online exchange rate to have the system automatically fetch live exchange rates
  3. Tick Allow users to edit the exchange rate if employees should be able to override the auto-fetched rate
  4. Click Save

Adding a Foreign Currency

  1. Click + New Currency
  2. Select the currency from the list
  3. Enter a manual exchange rate (if not using online rates)
  4. Click Save

The following currencies are pre-configured by default: CAD, CNY, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, SGD, USD.
