The Announcements feature is now available on the Mobile Application. Administrators can create announcements to the organization and users will receive a notification on their mobile device.
Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App as the Administrator.
Step 2: Click on .
Step 3: Click on .
Step 4: You will be brought to another page to complete the Title and the Message of the Announcement.
Step 5: Enter the Title. Limit to 50 characters.
Step 6: Add in the Message of the Announcement. Limit to 250 characters.
Step 7: You have two options on how you want to send the Announcement.
Send To All - all active users within the organization will receive the Announcement.
Send To Specific – select from the staff list who will receive the Announcement.
Step 8: Click on Send Announcement or Send to All.
Once Announcement has been successfully sent, the users will receive a notification on their Mobile App. If enabled, users will also receive a push notification.
Clicking the bell notification icon will show you all the notifications and announcements on your account.
As an Administrator, you can view the history of all the Announcements you have created. Click on the Announcement History to see the details.
