How to Verify If You Have Successfully Clocked In/Out

This will guide users on how to check if the clock in/out data from the mobile app has been sent to the server successfully.

Step 1: On your mobile app, please press  mceclip0.png found in the lower-right part of the screen.

 

Step 2: Next, press mceclip1.png

 

Step 3: On the Clock History page, you will see your clock in/out information.

Right next to it are the mceclip2.png or mceclip3.png symbols. You may also check the left tab says "DEVICE"

 

mceclip2.png - indicates that the clock data has been successfully sent to the server

mceclip3.png - indicates that the clock data has not been sent yet.

 

If this is the case, please make sure you have a strong internet connection and then click on the "RESEND" button found in the upper-right corner of the page.
