This will guide users on how to check if the clock in/out data from the mobile app has been sent to the server successfully.
Step 1: On your mobile app, please press found in the lower-right part of the screen.
Step 2: Next, press
Step 3: On the Device Clock History page, you will see your clock in/out information. Right next to it are the or symbols.
- indicates that the clock data has been successfully sent to the server
- indicates that the clock data has not been sent yet. If this is the case, please make sure you have a strong internet connection and then click on the "resend" button found in the upper-right corner of the page.
