If your company logo isn’t displaying correctly, it may be due to the file being saved with transparency (often in .png format).

Please reach out to your Administrator for assistance.
For Administrators

Open the logo file in the Paint program on Windows.

Click Save As ➜ JPEG. A pop-up will appear warning that transparency will be lost - click Save to proceed.

Log in to your account and go to Configuration ➜ Payroll ➜ Payslip Format.

Delete the current logo, then upload the updated JPEG file.
