This issue could be due to the file's transparency, which may have been saved as png. If you are a user, please contact your Administrator.
For Admins:
Open the image in the Paint program on Windows. Click save as ‘jpeg', and a pop-up message will show saying that all transparency will be lost if you save the picture. Save the file.
1. Log in to the account. Go to Payslip Format under Configuration > Payroll.
2. Delete the existing logo first before uploading the updated one.
