The Roster page shows all the shift names, schedules, breaks, and sites assigned to each user. However, when the employee is on Rest Day, and suddenly is required to clock in for work, how will the hours be computed?
The Hours per Day and Hours per Half Day from the configuration page are used to determine the number of hours to be added into OT3 when an employee works on Rest Day.
This is also used in calculating the hours when the employee is on leave, provided that the “When on Leave” function is not turned on.
