This guide will walk end users through how to apply for and manage leave using the JustLogin web platform and mobile app.
π Using the Web Platform
APPLYING FOR A LEAVE
Step 1: Log in to your account

Enter your Company ID, User ID, and Password
Step 2: On the dashboard, click Apply Leave
Step 3: Fill in your leave details:

Leave Type β Choose the applicable leave type

Leave Unit β Select Days or Hours (if hourly leave is allowed)

Date(s) β Choose one or multiple dates (non-consecutive dates are allowed)

Leave Details β Indicate if the leave is Full Day, AM, or PM

Notify Person β Choose a colleague to be notified or manually enter an email address

Remarks β Add a note if needed (e.g. reason for leave)
Note: If the leave type requires supporting documents, an attachment field will appear automatically.
Step 4: Click Submit to apply.

π VIEWING LEAVE INFORMATION
Step 1: From the dashboard, click Leave History
β View all submitted leave applications and their statuses.
Step 2: To view all available leaves and balances, click Leave Summary.
You will be taken to this page:
β Displays all available leave types and current balances.
β You can switch between Widget View and Table View.
Step 3: To view any manual adjustments done by your Leave administrator, click on Leave Adjustments.
β The next page Shows any manual adjustments made by your leave administrator.
Step 4: Click Child Details
β View child information used for eligibility in childcare-related leave types.
Note: Only leave administrators can add or update child information. If you have not provided your child information to the leave administrator, you will not be able to apply for any childcare-related leave type.
π VIEWING THE CALENDAR
Step 1: On the dashboard, scroll down to view your personal leave calendar.
Step 2: Click the Staff tab to view colleaguesβ leave (if enabled in settings).
β CANCELLING LEAVES
If your company allows leave cancellation, follow these steps:
Step 1: Under Upcoming Leave, click Cancel Leave
Step 2: A pop-up will appear - enter your reason for cancellation application
Step 3: Click on to proceed.
π± Using the Mobile App
The JustLogin mobile app makes it easy to apply for leave, track approvals, and see whoβs on leave, all on the go.
π² Installing Justlogin Individual App
Step 1: Go to Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone)
Step 2: Search for "JustLogin"
Step 3: Look for the app named JustLogin and tap Install
Step 4: Click on the install button to download the application.
Step 5: Once installed, open the app

β Applying for Leave via Mobile
Step 1: From the app dashboard, tap the β+β button
Step 2: Select Apply Leave
Step 3: Enter your leave details just like on the web
Step 4: Tap Add Attachment if required
If you select Camera, the system will automatically open the camera app. Take a photo of the document.
Step 5: Once attached, files will appear under the attachment line.
Tap the trash icon to remove any files
Step 6: Tap Submit to complete your applicationn
π Leave Menu Options
From the Home Dashboard, you'll find these options:
Apply Leave β Another way to access the leave application page. When you click on it, the system will bring you to this page. The steps in applying leave is the same, refer to the steps above.
Leave Summary β View your leave balances
Leave History β View all past and current leave applications
Leave Approval β (Visible only to Approvers). This will show any pending requests, as well as the past approvals made.
Leave Calendar β View your own leave calendar and colleaguesβ (based on configuration)
