There are 2 ways to send JustLogin credentials to staff:
- Right after creating the profile:
Step 1: At the point of adding a new user, you will have the option to send an email invitation to the newly created staff:
You will see this option after completing the details of the staff in the last module. Just put a tick beside this option and click on "Save"
Step 2: Staff will then receive an email similar to the image below:
Step 3: Staff will have to click on the "Reset Password" button and will be routed to the page where they can input their password:
Step 4: Once the staff inputs their new password and clicks on the "Reset My Password" button, they will be brought to the login page to login to their own account.
- At a later time
If you prefer to send the login credentials of the staff at a later time, you can do so. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to .
Step 2: On the Employee Details page, look for the name of the staff and put a tick beside their name:
Step 3: Click on at the lower-left corner of your screen.
Step 4: You'll be asked to confirm, click on "Send"
Step 5: Staff will receive an email similar to below:
Step 6: Staff will have to click on the "Reset Password" button, and will be routed to the page where they can input their new password:
Step 7: Once the staff inputs their new password and clicks on the "Reset My Password" button, they will be brought to the login page to login to their own account.
