JustLogin GetPaid: Access Your Earned Wages Anytime

GetPaid is a feature that allows employees to withdraw a portion of their earned wages before payday. This initiative helps provide greater financial flexibility and ease short-term financial constraints.

With GetPaid, eligible employees can access up to 30-80% of their earned wages and receive the funds directly in their bank account, all within 12 hours of approval.

📝 Important Notes:

  • Withdrawals are only allowed before the cut-off date set by your HR admin.

  • No withdrawals are allowed during the salary processing period (usually the last week of the month).

  • Your company will automatically deduct the advance amount from your final salary for the month.

  • A service fee is paid by the company or yourself (depending on your company setup).

What Happens next?

If your employees have requested early salary access through the GetPaid feature, you’ll receive a consolidated summary at the end of the month via email directly from the GetPaid team.

Any early withdrawals made by staff will be automatically deducted from their net pay, so there’s no need for you to manually add a pay element to account for it.

You can also view the amount drawn in JustLogin by generating the bank file and clicking on the Preview button.

The preview will display three columns: the net pay (before withdrawal), the amount withdrawn, and the final net pay after withdrawal.
